In addition to individual therapy, I offer specialised leadership coaching, focusing on transformational leadership to help you unlock your potential and drive meaningful change. My expertise also extends to supporting step and blended families and working with children & adolescence experiencing worries or anxiety, school refusal, and helping them achieve their goals.

As a mother of three boys, I have a deep understanding of the challenges involved in balancing personal and professional responsibilities. I thrive in fast-paced environment and have always led with compassion, courage, and empathy. My core value is ‘connection,’ and I am dedicated to fostering genuine, trusting relationships with everyone that I encounter. Outside of my professional life, I love staying active by going to the gym, daily saunas, socialising with friends, and attending live performances. I am also passionate about promoting wellness, equality, and women’s health, and my life purpose is to empower individuals and families to become the best versions of themselves.
